Support the Supply Chain and Procurement Director and the market in driving the evolution of Procurement function and ensuring efficiencies as well as Best in Class Procurement practices.
Development of the Procurement function:
‘ Identification of various expenses and related suppliers within each department.
‘ Optimization propositions for buying products or services within different departments, following the analysis of expenditure and benchmark.
‘ Advice, support and coaching of teams on Procurement function.
‘ Follow-up on price negotiations with key suppliers.
‘ Cooperation and involvement in cost optimization projects with our HQ Procurement team.
‘ Risk management as it relates to Procurement.
Reporting & Processes:
‘ Set-up KPI dashboard to track costs
‘ Monitoring budget between OP and actual spend
‘ Identify process failures and propose solutions to improve operations
‘ Guarantee the implementation and application of Nestle’s procurement guidelines within the market
‘ Bachelor’s with specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics
‘ 6+ years overall experience with 3+ years procurement management experience in a multi-location environment. Indirect spending experience.
‘ Strong Microsoft Office competency
‘ Planning, Organizing and Controlling of budgets and resources and targets
‘ Negotiation and influencing skills
‘ Problem Solving and Decision Making
‘ Autonomous/independent with the abilities to implement Company policies and guidelines
‘ Stress resistant and hard worker
‘ Team Player
