We are looking to hire a contract negotiator or procurement specialist to work in the position of Contract Negotiator in our San Francisco office, principally on customer contract negotiation, but also on other types of contracts. Reporting to the Managing Counsel for North America, our ideal candidate is someone with experience negotiating and revising subscription-based agreements, license agreements and related intellectual property contracts, including end user licenses, reseller agreements and professional services agreements.
