This position is for a Business Analyst who has experience reviewing, negotiating and procuring contracts, such as flights, hotels and entertainment. You will be given the opportunity to develop, change, analyze and monitor contracts, policies and procedures, and controls. The BA will be the main contact for vendors, travel agencies, credit card companies, etc. To succeed in this role you must have previous experience using a large ERP system, either SAP or Oracle, and Peoplesoft. Additionally, you will have the chance to lead the operation of solutions to travel management and procurement problems, as well as develop resolutions for data quality problems. Create, sustain and publish standard reporting and databases
Prepare Ad Hoc Reports

Help to decrease expenses related to procurement/travel

Establish and apply cost reduction initiatives
Head negotiation with vendors and travel service providers
Aid in accounts payable/employee expense reports
